Craig graduated from Victoria University in 2001 with a Batchelor of Health Science and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy). Since that time he started and built a successful multi-disiplinary practice offering Osteopathy, Remedial Massage, Exercise Physiology, Myotherapy and Naturopathy which incorporated Dry Needling, Clinical Pilates and Yoga.


With a special interest in treating headaches, migraines and neck pain, Craig established Bayside Headache Clinic to help patients suffering the debilitating effects of acute and chronic headaches and migraines.

Craig is also a co-presenter in Trigger Point Dry Needling courses run by GEMt, a leader in training courses of Trigger Point Dry Needling for practitioners for over 15 years.

Jessica is a Remedial massage therapist, and is set to graduate as a Myotherapist early 2021. She has also been a personal trainer since 2009 and continues to train her clients in the early mornings – she is in bed by 8pm.


As an ex competitor in Olympic Weightlifting, and a regular Crossfitter, Jess takes an interest in all thing’s gym and sport. She is passionate about good movement, good posture, mobility/flexibility, and injury prevention.


As of Covid 2020, Jess loves training at home. She is also obsessed with her two English staffies - Dusty and Pippa – and enjoys YouTube yoga in her living room.
